Anyone had success bundling broadband and landline with BT?

Options
I preface this post by asking- Why does everything have to be complicated???!

We are a farm and therefore a BT Business customer. Landline has been with BT forever. In 2014 we moved to the farm and added broadband in. Renewed contract in 2016 and now time to renew.

They are trying to push me onto a cloud contract with infinity which will involve having a new line put in (my blood turned cold at that point) and we would need digital phones and I have only this month had to buy new handsets so have no intention of spending another £150.

But I am told that because our landline and broadband have different account numbers (this has never been revealed before). I am ineligible for any bundles so any other contract is going to cost £40.00 a month more than I am paying.

I have job, a child, a husband, 100 cows and 300 sheep. I am as tired as I am annoyed by these schinanigans and desperately time poor.

Has anyone had success fighting to get the phone and broadline bundled???

Should I be considering this cloud option? It all sounds like the emperors new clothes to me, I don’t think our usage justifies it and I like a physical line I can plug into.

If I am at the point I tell BT where to go - I am really nervous at leaving them. Any good experience with other business providers?

All advice/ experience gratefully recieved.

Thankyou

Most users on here will not be business users .
    Line rental is bundled .

Key is your current contracts and when they end . By threatening to leave at the end of your contract BT may do something .
But that depends upon who else will supply your location.

Not sure what this cloud service is ,
the cloud is just a server farm that holds business data .Possibly they mean a non landline based mobile network service .
