Just had my virgin media superhub changed to hub 3 got new password and trying to reconnect to a echo dot but all I keep getting is amazon 3kj connected no internet,how can I solve this please.Thankyou.

Have you tried to reset the Amazon Dot ? https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202080910
After the reset go back through the full Dot set-up dialog on your phone, tablet or PC.0 -
Tried that, all it keeps coming up with is not connected to internet how do I connect it to internet0
