GOOD EVENING BRITAIN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY


Who can enter:


Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.


Opening/closing date & time:


· Prize Draw in relation to Good Evening Britain programme (the !!!8220;Programme!!!8221;) opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/comps or www.stv.tv/win websites on 28 June 2018.
· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 2.00 p.m. on Friday 29 June 2018.


Winner selection & contact:


· The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.

Prize:

There is one prize consisting of (a) six (6) Return Emirates Flights as the prize for one winner (the "Winner"), and up to five (5) companions (the "Companions") and (b) £10,000 cash for the Winner (together the "Prize").


(a) Return Emirates Flights:


This element of the Prize consists of return economy class flights on an Emirates airline flight for the Winner and five (5) companions, with the following included:


· The Winner may choose to depart from, either: London Heathrow (LHR); London Gatwick (LGW); London Stansted (STN); Manchester (MAN); Birmingham (BHX); Newcastle (NCL); Glasgow (GLA); or Edinburgh (EDI) (from 1 November 2018 onwards). The Winner may choose to travel to, either: Bali (DPS); Kuala Lumpur International (KUL); Hong Kong International (HKG); Dubai (DXB); Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK)
[FONT=&quot]o [/FONT]For the avoidance of doubt, the Winner and their Companions shall travel at the same time and on the same routing.
[FONT=&quot]o [/FONT]Winner can allocate the rest of their prize tickets to companions of their choice, in accordance with Emirates Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website.
[FONT=&quot]o [/FONT]The Companion flight tickets are valid for either adults or children.
[FONT=&quot]o [/FONT]The Winner is strongly encouraged to read the FCA travel advice for their chosen destination, which can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. Laws and customs in certain destinations are very different to those in the UK. The Winner and the Companions are responsible for ensuring that they respect local traditions, customs, laws and religions at all times. There may be serious penalties for doing something that might not be illegal in the UK.


· One free item of hold luggage for each the Winner and the Companions, the weight of which is subject to the Emirates Conditions of Carriage, which can be found on the main website, here (https://www.emirates.com) and applicable ticket conditions.


· The Prize excludes:
[FONT=&quot]o [/FONT]Ground transfers and travel to and from the chosen departure and return airport, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, visa, vaccinations, meals, drinks and any other costs or expenses.
[FONT=&quot]o [/FONT]The Winner!!!8217;s and the Companion!!!8217;s visas.
[FONT=&quot]o [/FONT]It is the Winner and the Companions!!!8217; responsibility to ensure they have a passport and any other relevant travel documentation required that is current and valid for a minimum of six (6) months after the date on which they return to the UK.
[FONT=&quot]o [/FONT]It is the responsibility of the Winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize provider.


· The Winner!!!8217;s preferred travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flights are valid for one (1) year from the date at which ITV confirms the name and address details of the Winner. The return flight must be completed within this time. The Winner may not take up the flights on the following blackout dates: 21st December 2018 !!!8211; 1st January 2019; 18th April 2019 to 22nd April 2019


· The flights cannot be changed after the booking is confirmed, and tickets cannot be converted to any other airline. The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered to the Winner should they not take up the Prize, or should they only redeem fewer than six (6) flights. Please note that if the Winner elects to take fewer than five (5) Companions or no Companion, the Prize will be awarded to the Winner and each participating companion. Any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.


· The Winner must travel on the flights that are booked. The flights cannot be split across multiple destinations. All six (6) flights must be redeemed at the same time, for the same travel dates and routes. Emirates Skywards Miles cannot be accrued from the Prize.


· Where the Winner!!!8217;s Companion is aged under 18 years old, the Companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the Winner when taking up the Prize.


· It is the responsibility of the Winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the Winner and/or their companion when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.


· It is the responsibility of the Winner to ensure that they and/or their Companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements the Winner!!!8217;s chosen destination. It is the responsibility of the Winner to adhere to the local laws in the Winner!!!8217;s chosen destination including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages.


· Upon booking their trip, the Winner will be bound by and subject to the Prize Provider's terms and conditions, which are available at https://www.emirates.com/uk/english/sitetools/terms_and_conditions.aspx.




(b) £10,000 cash
This element of the Prize consists of a cheque for £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) made payable by chequein the name of the Winner only. A signature may be required upon delivery.
