1. Promoter information: Wanderlust, PO Box 1832, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1YT, UK
2. Supplier information: The Aurora Zone, trading as, The Artisan Travel Company, Suite 2, Netherton Park, Stannington, Northumberland, NE61 6EF.
3. Closing time and date: 1st August 2018. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. Only one entry per person.
4. The winner and their guest must be over 18 years old and both hold passports with at least six months’ validity on them.

THE PRIZE

1. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of Wanderlust and The Aurora Zone, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this competition.
2. There will be one overall prize for one winner, plus one guest. The prize consists of return flights (London), transfers, 4 nights’ full board accommodation at Wilderness Hotel Inari, Northern Lights presentation, 2 visits to Aurora Camps, S!mi Siida Museum, guided nature walk, Aurora hunt by minibus/car, cold weather clothing, Aurora alert service and experienced local guides only.
3. The maximum total prize value is £2,790.00 based on the recommended retail value at the time of printing. The Promoter and supplier accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
4. The flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip and are subject to availability.
5. The prize includes an allowance for return flights from the UK to Ivalo of up to £800 including taxes, fees and any alteration charges. If flights are not available to the promoter within this allowance for the dates selected by the winner then the winner may make up the difference, but the promoter shall not otherwise be obliged to provide them.
6. The prize does not include any additional travel costs not specified in the prize (including getting to/from UK airport).
7. The winner will be contacted up to seven days after being announced and the prize must be booked before 18th August 2018.
8. Travel must be taken between 21 August – 15 November 2018.
9. Prize travel is subject to The Aurora Zone’s General Conditions of Carriage. The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights and will not accrue any frequent flyer points on the prize travel. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or frequent flyer points.
10. The Aurora Zone and Wanderlust make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at the destination.
11. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.
12. The winner and their chosen companion must comply with all relevant customs, security and immigration requirements, including appropriate passport and visa requirements. Wanderlust and The Aurora Zone will not be responsible for any passenger’s failure to comply with these requirements.
13. The prize winner and the companion are responsible for holding a passport with at least six months’ validity. And must organise relevant visas where required.
14. The prize does NOT include any insurance, travel to and from the UK departure airport, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, room service, drinks purchases, gifts and additional food) are not included in the prize.
15. The winner is responsible for ensuring they are able to accept the prize as set out and in accordance with these terms and conditions. In the event that they are unable to do so then Wanderlust reserves the right to redraw the prize.
16. The package is non-transferable.
17. There is no cash alternative.
18. The prize is subject to availability. In the event the specified trip is fully booked The Aurora Zone will work to the best of their ability to offer a trip of equivalent value.
19. The Aurora Zone shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages or losses suffered by the entrant or a third party.
20. The prize is provided by The Aurora Zone.
21. Winners will be notified by the prize provider by email within 14 days of the competition close date.
22. If the prize supplier cannot contact the winner within 14 days of the closing date, the promoter will offer the prize to a runner-up or re-offer the prize in another promotion.
23. Booking of the prize is subject to availability and is subject to The Aurora Zone’s terms and conditions.
