    Adverse possession can take 6 months with land registry to update also.
    We are currently going down the tp1 route and hoping for a quick turnaround as neither property has a mortgage

    So far it!!!8217;s costing me £400 for solicitor fees
    And looking like another £300 for land registry compliant plans!

    Sorry it’s actually closer to 3.5square meters swooped on either side so no loss or gain to either neighbour just a physical change to boundary
