    As it was claimed under your Insurance, you have additional protection via this.

    Your Insurer is liable for contractors they place you with.

    Should you not be happy with AG, contact your Insurers and ask them to intervene. If this does not work you can make an Official Complaint which they are duty bound to investigate.

    If that fails you have the Ombudsman
