viagogo scam ???

anyone have a problem with viagogo / got scam by them ?

i sell the ticket but they didnt pay me and they said the buyer denied by event ???

my friend bought 3 ticket from official event, since he can't go to the event, we try to sell it at viagogo and its so really weird when the ticket 3 sold, viagogo said other 2 ticket cancelled because the buyer denied by event ????

we check it and ask to the event, and its no problem with the ticket, and so worried again they charge me 100% from the ticket price ( cancellation fee )?

i'm the seller of the ticket then why i need to pay my ticket ???

try to ask about the proof why they event denied the buyer they can't give it

do you know how to report this website because i know this website 100% scam
