income insurance

Have been with employer for just over 4 months and there are rumours that they are moving to new area so am looking to get income insurance. Found one with i;protect to cover £620 a monthe it costs £20.
Below are the exclusions does this look any good
Unemployment:
- awareness, knowledge or notification of unemployment prior to the start date or within the first 60 days of this policy being issued;
- voluntary or seasonal unemployment;
- unemployment at the expiry of a fixed term contract unless you have been employed on an annually renewable contract which has been renewed at least once or you have been employed for a total unbroken period of 2 years or more with the same employer;
- unemployment where you are not registered as unemployed with the Employment Service and actively seeking re-employment. You must register for Job Seekers Allowance;
- if you are self employed unless the business has been registered as having ceased to trade with the Inland Revenue as a direct result of being unable to pay its debts as and when they fall due;
- any period for which you have received payment in lieu of notice;
- unemployment lasting for less than 30 days

its a general insurance income protection plan. The budget option. It isnt underwritten to your circumstances and premiums are not guaranteed. There is also a limited payout period.
