OP, what is the mortgage amount?0
-
£350000 with 90000 deposit over 30 years. I have found out the company without paying the broker £600. Leeds building society.0

if you go for a free broker, you will get what your paid in terms of service and quality I'm afraid"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

You are running off in the wrong direction to try to save £600 on a £350,000 deal.I am a Mortgage Broker

Explain it to me.0

No but I am trying to save money hence money saving expert. L&C have good reviews and therefore I have saved £600. However the mortgage they suggest will cost me £50 per month extra and I would like to know if there is one cheaper.0
-
But you just said that L&C can't place you with a lender unless you have 12 months temp work history.
Also if the mortgage costs £50 a month more, then you haven't saved £600 have you - You will cost yourself £600, assuming £50 a month more over a 2 year period.
But I'm out, because I am getting the impression you will be impossible to reason with.0
