Hi guys,
Does anyone know anything about PhD loans? There's a lot of info out there and I can't seem to find what I need (some concise basics, that is).
My son is starting his PhD and getting a grant of close to £17k, can he request the £25k PhD loan on top of that?

If you're getting a research council grant then you're ineligible for the loan.0 -
