Anyone else having this weird issue?

When I view my items for sale I get 0 results even though I have several items, not just me but some other sellers have the same issue.

Seems a bit random as for many other sellers it still works.

it's been going on for weeks. Ebay know about it and are trying to fix it. I'm sure it's affecting my sales (as do others)

Ebay appears to be having serious issues at the moment, lots of annoying minor things happening and affecting different accounts in different ways. Many of us are seeing long term listings suddenly showing no views and no watchers, when there were plenty the previous day!

They need to get some new IT people in and actually fix the site before rolling out any more of their improvements.

My sales are down but I'm not sure if it is down to ebay's technical messup or people are just out enjoying the weather, or glued to the World Cup.

It is a pain having to log on to see if I have sold anything whereas before I'd just click my items listing.

My sales are down about 30% on last year and despite listing lots of new products, they are all showing as 0 views

There is a thread on the EbayBusiness seller board and the general opinion was that it is massively affecting the sales of some sellers

this is happening to me, I listed several items on Sunday and have had 0 views. other than when I sign in and look at my listings via my account I cant see any listings however I try to get to them.

on top of click n collect being auto added to all my listings this week its not a good time, I could do with a few sales.

Ebay "claim" it's not affecting sales but then they would say that. I had some sticky stock on BIN so i changed them to auction about 2 weeks ago when this issue first started. They all had low starts and were branded items. only 1 sold!

Looks like I am getting the 'view' glitch as well. Listed three items last night no views at all yet I have one watcher so it must have been viewed.


Currently views say 0 last night it was marked with two -- in the number of views space.


Annoying as I would like to know if there has been any interest as if not I would lower the start price slightly.

Still seems to be an ongoing issue.

I don't believe it is effecting sales though. I checked if what I had for sale comes up in another browser/not signed in and it does, full profile/details of what I wrote were present. I still have been selling but was still nice to see the viewings they were getting, I used to change pics/description if the views were low. Hopefully they will sort it out soon.

Not just a recent thing. I bought an item that someone had posted a link to on a forum.

Use the link or item number and the item is shown. Search for the title and nothing found. Click the sellers items for sale and they were selling nothing.

Tried all the different versions also, .com .co.uk .de etc etc etc.....
Nothing. This item did not show anywhere. Only the item number worked.

I was not expecting it to arrive but it did and i got a bargain.
