Quick update in case anyone else is having this trouble.

I have finally had my status update from not-enrolled to enrolled but still have a fund size for 0 :( I'm guessing a few more months of pestering and it may finally be sorted

  • I had a surprisingly good experience with 'Now pensions' all set up and paid in within two weeks. All online accounts available within a few days also. I even opted out again, and payments received back into my next paypacket, the complete process took less than three weeks. Don't know where your problems are coming from, but your employer sounds likely?

Try TPAS (post 5) if no joy.

so a few days before the deadline to be raised to POS my Total value has now been updated to £259 not sure that's correct my most recent payslip says I've paid in about £350(need to double check this) then theres employer contributions as well.

The website its self is quite limited as you can only see total value and not what has been added in. Should I just leave it at that now and just wait to see if it updates weekly/monthly?

You certainly shouldn't have had as much hassle as this. I'd have a word with TPAS (post 5 above for contact info) and get them to do some chasing on your behalf.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

Well, POS would seem to describe them :D
  • Here's their latest review on trust pilot: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/nowpensions.co.uk
Auto enrolled in april this year and to date not a single penny is showing up in account, after originally trying to fob me off telling me to contact my employer (who have confirmed the problem is with now and not them) now pensions have replied to my complaint basically saying there is problems with their system and they have no idea whatsoever when this will be corrected. Theyve already been fined before i was even auto enrolled for this kind of thing so why are they even taking on new customers when they know their systems are not fit for purpose, cant manage a pension properly but happy to keep taking money from my employer and me, complete fraudsters that should be closed down.

Which is exactly mine and at least two other work colleague's experience too, though we've only been paying in since mid-August.

Previously I was signed up to Nest, they have a similar reputation but my online account at least acknowledges contributions.

Does anyone have experience with 'Smart Pension' - https://www.autoenrolment.co.uk - their fees are higher but they seem more professional.
