Hi All
I have been auto enrolled with now pension I was told I would receive a letter with log on details before I started paying in. I see they have over 100 1star reviews on trust pilot
I've been paying in just over a month and have emailed them but had no reply since giving them the details they needed? would it be best to try and opt out and do my own one of keep it in there and transfer it to a different pension

No. You would lose the free money from the employer. It would also make you an opt out and many individual providers wont accept opt outs unless you use an adviser with pension transfer permissions.
They are poor quality but they get there in the end.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
If you opt out, you lose your employer's contribution which is not sensible.
Had you tried a phone call?

Just a month is not very long - leave it for another couple of months before trying again?

If you have been paying in just over a month, then your first payday was end of June?
Its only the 4th working day of July. They have until the 22nd July to pay it in by law.0 -
I'm paid weekly if that makes any difference?Mortgage 165,065/183,000
