Just wondering if anyone has anything to say about Virgin Money Concierge (good / bad / indifferent)?
I've recently got a Virgin Money account, and have had their concierge service included... has anyone used their services to be able to say the they could save you money in various areas, or is it totally about saving you time? I was also wondering if I was to ask something to be done, whether it would end up costing me more (for example, if they aren't as good as finding the best deals as I am!)?
