How rude are you. Keyboard warrior, nothing better to do.
Do you realise how much ££ is added to those bills of people who do pay to cover those who do not pay?
Energy is expensive, people are struggling to pay their bills as it is, why should they pay extra to pay for those who do not?
So not rude, just being realistic.
The OP would do themselves a favour to get a ppm fitted before any warrant date to avoid future charges.Be happy, it's the greatest wealth

wml - you write as one who has never had money problems.
There may be more to OP's post but he/she has been trying to get help from Avro inc a ppm.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
OP, you need to offer to put a pre-payment meter in ASP. Arrears will be taken from the meter. Do this before you add more and more costs and worry to yourself. Show willing not resistance. Then get back here and the group will help you as best we can. Best of luck.Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. But there's a way of saying things. Politely.Woohoohoohooooooooo0 -
Nothing that was said was impolite. It might have been blunt, not very helpful and not what the OP wanted to hear, but it wasn't impolite.
If we're gonna split hairs then how about there is a way of saying things that doesn't upset the original poster. Blunt and unhelpful comments weren't needed when they were just asking for advice, regardless of whether it was something they wanted to hear or not.Woohoohoohooooooooo0 -

Last month I started to get on top of things so emailed them again asking for help and if they had a scheme for people struggling the reply was your account has been referred to a third party for disconnection and is going to maginstrates court , so I searched for advice then sent another email saying you cannot disconnect us if we have contacted you and asked for help (I have the emails) Secondly you did not offer us a payment plan which you need to do if you intend to disconnect us Neither did you offer any alternatives even a pre-pay metre. that I also have children with disabilities and they cant just cut us off when we have asked for help also asking if they part of the Safety Net pledge?
Today I got a reply that they have contacted us numerous times they have not , that they have sent a disconnection letter they have not, that they could have offered us payment plans if we had contacted them which I did that's its down to the courts now and they are not part of the safety net pledge I am really panicking wish I had never left the big companies anyone got any advice or been through similar
It's been a week since you've been in touch. Have you been cut off or not ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
