Im not sure what i can claim ??

My niece came to live with me the beginning of April I have just got in writing off the social worker that she will be hear long term with no court order but a letter from social services on headed paper say she is in my full time care I’m not sure what I can claim?

If she is a child you claim everything a parent normally would. Child benefit, child tax credits. You should also inform any other departments she is living with you such as housing benefit.
You might also get an allowance off social service as a kinship carer. Though depending on the Council you might need to fight for this.0
