Found my old Child Bonus Bond, what can I do with it?

I've just come across my old Childrens Bonus Bond, it was 'gifted' to me by my father in 2002 after its 5 year anniversary, there's not a lot on it (£34.66) but I wondered if I can still cash this in somehow?

I'm guessing he put a tenner in it at the start then?
