I have $12,000 to invest, where do I put it?

I am 19 years old, currently a full-time student. I am working full-time, making decent money. I have $12,000 cash on hand, looking to be placed in an investment vehicle. I currently have an individual and Roth IRA portfolio (held for a year now). Where do I invest this $12k?
I have thought about real estate, Possibly liquidating my individual stock portfolio and reinvesting my principal & gains, on top of the $12k into real estate. I am not sure which subset of Real Estate would be the smartest. A note on RE, I do have a good credit score and have multiple loan offers from family members and former bosses, who could potentially help with down payments (if applicable)!
Real estate might not be it, maybe keep the individual account, allocate the $12k straight into my Roth IRA? I am open to anything! The alternative space seems attractive. My time horizon is roughly 5-10 years, however, if my money could work better for the long run (a no brainer) then let's make it happen.
Thank you guys for the support!

Try a US site, or whichever kind of dollars you're talking about.
You need local expertise.0 -
You say you are a full-time student, yet work full time! Spot the contradiction. If you are smart, you will live off your savings and devote at least eight hours every day to your studies, and maybe succeed in your chosen profession.0

Agree, you are unlikely to find much advice/guidance on this site as the majority of the readers are UK based. You may find someone on here who can help though, although unlikely.0
