    Thanks to everyone for taking the time to post their recommendations, really useful!

    I will go back to BritPark as suggested and ask them to drop the charge in exchange for not filing a PoPLA appeal ,in the first instance.

    You might send a copy of that too BUT

    .. while all of the above is sensible and will save you, the PPC and the courts (if it goes there) time and money, do not overestimate the intelligence of PPCs.
