Hi all,
As the title says, wondering the cheapest place.
Is it Self trade at £12.50 flat dealing costs ?
Wanna keep costs to a minimum
Thanks in advance

Do you plan to buy the ETFs in an ISA or not?
If its within an ISA then Selftrade offer commission free purchases of ETFs within their ISA/PEP accounts (you still need to pay the £12.50 when selling though)
An ISA account with Selftrade costs £25/year and they do have a referral scheme where you could get up to £80 for joining them (my own details are in post 242)
If its outside an ISA, then there are brokers who charge less than £12.50/trade but it would be useful to know how often you plan to purchase ETFs or other shares before recommending anyone.

The Motley Fool Sharebuilder are doing an offer until the end of December by which trades, normally £1.50 each, are free. It works by combining all the transactions into a few per month, so you don't get to time exactly when your transaction happens. I haven't used them so can't comment on the service. When comparing charges watch for selling costs - no good buying shares if it costs a fortune to sell them.

The Share Centre offer a batch pricing method which trades at 9am, 1pm and 4pm daily. For buying they charge 1% of the trade for this or £7.50 for a real time trade. Selling costs £7.50. I think they also charge a £2.50 + VAT quarterly fee.0

Thanks for replies guys
Think it looks like Self Trade, this is not for ISA just a normal trading account,Share Centre looked much more expensive.0 -

You can be referred to Selftrade for normal dealing accounts as well
Otherwise, as has being mentioned the TMF tariff might suit.. or if you have a HSBC or First Direct account, their own share dealing services are less than £12.50/go..
