    It definitely hurts where it didn't before. I can'tturn my head to look out of the window behind me without pain, and I find I am waking up in the middle of the night with neck pain. But I haven't missed any work days because of it.
    I will get hold of my insurers I think and ask them to put injury into their claim.


    When was this accident? A month ago and it still hurts? Then I would perhaps consider an injury claim.


    If we are only talking a week or so ago then I wouldn't bother. Whiplash goes away with movement and gentle stretching. Are you having physio?

    Many insurers are now not paying money for whiplash but paying for private treatment instead of payment. Aviva is one such insurance group.
