Amazon Classic Mastercard

I was approved for an Amazon Classic Mastercard. It comes with 0% interest, £10 voucher and instant spend upon approval via Amazon website.
My new card was instantly linked to Amazon and can spend up-to £500 until the card is activated. It states that I have to wait until card activation to use my full credit limit.
The problem is that I don't know my actual credit limit. Normally it shows on the approval page for other companies but I can't find it anywhere. I'm also unable to register for online banking without the account number. It seems quite odd that I can spend instantly through Amazon but I can't find out those important details!
My credit limit must be £500 or more because that's my provisional instant spend limit for Amazon. I asked a friend and they said to avoid calling as they might get angry for rushing them and cancel my new account.
Does anyone know of another way to find out or do I need to simply wait 7 days till the card arrives?
Thank you.

You friend doesn't sound like the best source of financial advice.
Either give them a call or just wait for the card.0 -

Amazon and Newday are massive brands, not Larry the Loan Shark from down the street. Give them a call and I'm sure the operator will have the credit limit and account number on-screen.
I can't speak for Amazon, but Aqua have told me a credit limit over the phone before card arrival previously.Advice provided from this account does not consist of any professional knowledge. This company is a joke. I took the card on and purchased an item on 24-11-2019. I paid in full 4-12-2019.
Fast forward to May 2020 and I receive a letter saying I am in arrears and to make a payment immediately. I logon for the first time since making the payment in December 2019 and see confirmation of my payment on that date.
As I cannot use a telephone for health reasons for more than a decade now - I used their messaging system asking what was going on and to note my health issues about telephones.
I received a reply saying I had to telephone them. This is in contravention of Disability Laws here in the UK which I pointed out to them in a follow up email - since which I have heard nothing
I decided to leave a review on Amazon as I had previously been asked to do - only to find Amazon have suspended reviews on this product.

In arrears by the amount previously owed or a different amount?
