Hello,
I got a parking charge on the 24/03/2018, I parked at a private carpark by my local station to go to the shop but I went to take out cash from an atm first, I was there for a total of 14 minutes and got a windscreen ticket. My initial reaction was to ignore everything. Now I have got a different car from the car that got the ticket but I have drp sending me letters saying I have until 25/06/2018 to pay. The company Parking ticketing ltd is on the BPA. Should I continue to ignore? Should I appeal? But it!!!8217;s rather late now. Best action to get out of paying this unfair charge? FYI this is the second drp letter received

If you ignore you could end up with a CCJ, best to read the FAQs.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

DO READ THE NEWBIES THREAD AS WELL
  • So you reckon I should just keep on ignoring or should I write out that letter on the newbies thread directly to the parking company by email

You are too late to appeal.

Just ignore DRP and if the parking company want to take
it forward, they will tell you.

Whatever happens, do not ignore real court papers and
if you get these, come back here

As above ignore all debt recovery idiots letters they are powerless playground bullies!

Parking Ticketing Ltd aren't lovers of court so you are unlikely to get a claim raised by them, but it's a six year wait now to see what happens, unless this is a rail car park covered by railway bye-laws.
