I bought car insurance online and cancelled before the start date and within one day of purchase because I weren't happy with the restrictions. I was told that I will be charged a setup fee. Why is this so if I have not provided any of the documents requested to validate this policy?

When you bought this product, what did it say in the terms and conditions about cancellation? Why did you buy the policy if you weren't happy with the restrictions?
