Horizon parking fine letter from Gladstone solicitors

Hi
Some advice on how to tackle this would be greatly appreciated
I have over the years for whatever reasons ignored parking tickets that I received from horizon parking firm that controls the sainsburies car park knowing full well the story of parking fines in private car parks. They have now sent me a letter from Gladstone solicitors saying they intend to take me to court unless I pay all the fines. ... ... I'm rather stressed about this because I thought they had no rights or ability to take me to court . Some constructive advise would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance

Who are 'they'?They have now sent me a letter from Gladstone solicitors saying they intend to take me to court
To whom does the letter tell you to pay?
Where did you get that from? Some expert down the pub?I'm rather stressed about this because I thought they had no rights or ability to take me to courtPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Same as this thread and hundreds of others about the exact same debt collector letter:

No need for any threads about DRP letters.
Go into Sainsburys, all distressed, clutching the letters, and get the Manager to cancel it this weekend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A warning; while Horizon are not prolific court lovers they do try on occasions, and constant offenders are the ones they will go after.
Hopefully it won't be you, and at the moment you are dealing with powerless scummy debt collectors.
Bbut your actions are exactly the reason PPC's can persuade a landowner to engage them!
We all hate PPC's and their dirty tactics on here but equally don't condone blatant pi$$ taking.0 -
Anyone can take anyone else to court and PPCs do it thousands of times a year.
You need to do a lot of reading by the sound of it, start by reading the FAQs, then google "private parking fine".
