Has anyone else had problems registering with Clearscore? I tried registering a while ago but my PC crashed part of the way through so I gave up. I decided to try again and when I entered my email I initially got a message telling me my email address wasn't in a recognised format (it was). I tried again and gold told the email address is already in use so I requested a password reset which I didn't get as apparently my email address isn't recognised!
I know I need to contact customer services but I wondered if there was an issue or if it's just me.
