Try email, enclose copies of the original correspondence from them and link to the exchange on Twitter if it's public.

Be persistent and ask them to escalate to get beyond the first line people who just send out standard responses.

If all else fails you can use the EU dispute resolution scheme which they link to in their T&Cs:

Heres an idea, next time just book with the cheapest site and save all this trouble.
