Have put a kindle app on my android Asus Tablet, used to have it on old Nexus 7 a few years back, anyway its showing lots of old books in the library, some are duplicated, cant seem to be able to delete them. Went on to my Amazon account on the computer to see if they needed deleting from there, but no books are showing at all. How do I get rid of them. Is the only option opening up another Amazon Account and starting again, that seems a bit drastic, but I've looked everywhere to delete them, are they on some sort of Cloud thing ??

I use the Kindle app on my ipad mini.
The books are shown at Amazon, log in, Your Account, 'Manage my content and devices'.
A list of books is showing under 'books', or 'docs'. You can sort by end date, etc.
You can delete from there, then delete from the device.
Is that what you are doing?
