Effect of credit score on tenancy referencing.

Options
Hi, I wanted to ask for some info in relation to a tenancy credit check. I have no CCJs or IVAs or anything of the sort. I mean, I have never missed a payment on anything, no matter how small, and I have had a recent boost of earnings, so I boldly went and purchased some things on credit, knowing that I can repay them (I have been paying them for some months, it's not a problem, and I am not financially unstable), but because of new credit accounts popping up, and reducing the average age of all my accounts, my credit score has now dipped considerably. How would this affect my tenancy credit check?

Thank you very much.

Zero effect. Only you see this made up fictional number.

All the letting agents do is check the public register to see you have no ccj's or are bankrupt, anyone can do this as it's puplic information. You are fine.

You dont have a credit score - so keep repaying your debts and you will be fine.
