Credit card interest free & paypal

Hi everybody.

Just wondering if you could help. I applied for a credit card to pay off a holiday, if has a great 0% interest rate on purchases. My plan was to pay off my share to the travel company straight away with my credit card however the Holiday had to be paid in full straight away so my sister put it all on her card.

Am I able to send money via PayPal from my credit card to her or myself to then be able to pay her back? Will this still be classed as a purchase and be included in my 0% promotion or will I be charged as a cash advance?

Hope this makes sense. Thanks!
