This prize draw is to win a printed football score t-shirt, like the one shown below for England's 1966 World Cup winning scoreline :j
You have to answer a survey about the nation's favourite football score (you can even add your own if it isn't already on the list) and tweet about the competition.

Yep and it says This competition closes at noon on 30th December 2016.
