Beko Fridge Freezer not cooling - GNEV221APB

Hi,
I have a Beko Fridge freezer, which is just under 5 years old. It's an american style one with the double doors model GNEV221APB. On Sunday I noticed that the food in the freezer was well on it's way to being defrosted, and the fridge was no longer cold.
I turned everything off, gave it all a clean inside (removing excess water from the freezer), removed the back panel, cleaned the dust out and checked the fan was not obstructed. The condenser felt really warm to the touch.
After 24 hours I turned it back on again, but the freezer only gets down to around 12 deg, and the fridge doesn't cool at all. The fans inside are running, and I can hear the condenser coming on - a click, then around 15s later, another click as it turns off.
I've read a lot online, and it sounds like there could be several issues, but I could do with some solid checks to determine whether it's the condenser or not - it sounds like it's uneconomical to repair if it is, otherwise I am happy to replace other parts or get someone in.
As a side note this appliance broken when it was only 6 months old, and i'm sure the condenser was replaced then.
Thanks in advance.

Thermostat gone? If you can hear everything running but turning off at a higher temperature than it should, that might suggest a faulty thermostat.0

Does it have an adjustable thermostat? if so turn the freezer/fridge to the lowest setting and see if it makes any difference,if not get prices for an engineer to call and give you an estimate for repair to see if replacement is more economical.0

Would you expect that to affect both the fridge and the freezer sections ?0 -

OP you said you think the condenser was replaced, do you mean the compressor? The black motor thing down the bottom that gets very hot. If so I would suspect it may need re-gassing.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.0 -
Far from an expert, but a simple check to make it to see if you can get the "internal" back pannel off the freezer - I had a simular issue a while back and it turned out the "radiator" was frozen solid making the freezer think i was colder than it was, turned out id over-filled the freezer and blocked the airflow.0

I left it turned off for 24 hours with the doors open, after it had already been sat at least 12 deg for 24 hours, so I can't imagine there would be anything frozen anywhere by the time I turned it back on again.0 -
Just an FYI for anyone who might have similar problems, I got an engineer out who confirmed it was the compressor that is broken, so unfortunately it's the end of the road for the BEKO.0

I have an american style Beko fridge/freezer and the compressor broke on mine too. I paid £170 iirc for a replacement and fitting a few years ago and it's still working. Much cheaper than a new fridge/freezer.0
