Hello,
Have just accepted an offer on my flat and am in the process of viewing a new property to move to, but have not as yet had an offer accepted.
My estate agents have asked for my solicitors details for the purchase, and I'm wondering if I should wait to provide these until I've found a property to move to. My concern is that in the event that I don't find another property to move to, I will incur charges with the solicitor.
If anyone could advise what the correct course of events should be then that would be much appreciated.
Thanks
