Mortgage with 10k cc debt

Hi all,

Please be gentle.
Salary £25700
CC debt 9k
Overdraft £1500(mainly in it)
No late payments ever, no defaults, gifted deposit 10% of property value (65k property)
Single mortgage app - any chance?:(

    I would say yes - better save a few thousand for fees and searches and get out your overdraft.

    Yes there would be a chance, even with the debts outstanding.
