The seller has completed one except for inserting solicitor details and signing it.
Does it carry any legal weight?
Am I entitled to request the missing details and signature be added?

I'm no solicitor - but I can't see how it could have any legal weight if it wasnt signed and dated.
Just get your solicitor to return it to them and ask for them "to rectify the oversight".0 -
Do you mean the Seller's Property Information Form (TA6)?
How did you get it - did it come direct from the seller/EA, or did it come via your solicitor?
If it came direct from the seller or EA, it's not a binding part of the contract (whether it's signed or not) - so don't rely on anything it says.
If it came via your solicitor, your solicitor will include it in the contract. Your solicitor will decide whether it needs to be signed.0 -
This it the TA10 and has come via my solicitor.
TA6 - has been signed though I have only seen 4 pages of it, again via my solicitor."enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0 -
Mention it to your solicitor and see what they say. It will form part of the contract pack, and the contract itself will be signed.
If your solicitor does return it to be signed, I guess you'll need to double check it when it comes back, to make sure nothing else has been changed.0
