RX2 Land Registry Processing Time

Hoping for some answers if possible please! We are coming up to week 17 in our house purchase, we are FTB and there are 3 of us in the chain. We believe we are now waiting on one last thing before we can finally agree exchange!

The land registry is currently holding up our chain. The house our sellers are purchasing has a restriction with something to do with a hedge on the property which they are trying to get uplifted. They applied for an RX2, in which the land registry came back and requested for an RX3. They provided the RX3 and was then told by the land registry that they did actually need the RX2.
Can anyone please advise how long the process for an RX2 can take, I assume it depends on the type of restriction that people are trying to get uplifted so I would appreciate it if you could provide timescales of various types. Apparently this has been escalated to senior people at the land registry because they accepted the mistake of asking for the wrong form, and due to the fact the whole chain is waiting on this, but still nothing still seems to be moving :mad:
