    My friend found a large piece of bone in a chicken product recently and sent a picture and email to the company in question..not in a complaining way, just a ‘you might want to keep an eye’ sort of thing. There were warnings on the packet too and as it was bone, she wasn’t overly surprised - it happens.

    She received a ‘thanks for your feedback’ email and a £15 voucher and was absolutely over the moon!!
