Glass/Plastic in M&S Food

My friend found a large piece of bone in a chicken product recently and sent a picture and email to the company in question..not in a complaining way, just a ‘you might want to keep an eye’ sort of thing. There were warnings on the packet too and as it was bone, she wasn’t overly surprised - it happens.

She received a ‘thanks for your feedback’ email and a £15 voucher and was absolutely over the moon!!

Making sure of course that there are no glass or plastic rings on the fingers of that that hand or that its owner hasn't had acrylic nails stuck on before they bite it.
