You are right, there are two different forms on the university website; one for appeals and one for complaints. I can see my situation falling within both but I understand I may have to focus on one only instead. However, the university states that the remediation procedures for complaints are confidential.
If that's the case, could a complaint about a poor delivery of service and harassment from staff also help me as much as an appeal would against an irregularity in assessment procedures?0
