Help Urgent Help Needed Comp Wont Start

help i for some reason just changed my clock speed in bios from 200 mhz to 300 mhz, dunno why, but ever since then when i turn my pc on all i get is a black screen and a fan that sounds like it is gonna take off, windows wont load up and i dont even get the screen up where i can get into bios to change it back, any help would be gratefully appreciated as i am on my phone at the moment and i cant do without my pc, i know i was dadu for changing the setting but had no idea this would happen PLEASE HELP THANKS DAVE

find the bios reset jumper on the motherboard, it is usually next to the cmos battery and reset the bios to default you should be able to get in the bios to set your bus speed corectly and everything else.
