Topcashback Tracking/Click issues

Not sure what is going on with my Topcashback tracking at the moment but have quite a few issues especially with Ebay. Usually a claim sorts these out eventually but on 8th June all went completely pear shaped.
As usual I signed on to a separate Internet Explorer session reserved for ebay purchases through TCB. Bought an item early in the day that tracked quickly and left the session open. TCB upped ebay cashback to 5% later that day so I made a couple of offers on two more items. Went back into my IE session and bought the items when the offers were accepted. These were through a different ebay ID, so signed out of the first one and into the other before paying.
No tracking and no click through, so when I tried to make a claim only the first, tracked transaction showed - no clicks for the other two. Amount involved is about a fiver but TCB say as there is no click recorded they cannot help.
Hopefully only me struggling with this?

If the offer was accepted on one ebay ID. how did you purchase the items with a 2nd account?

To the system your a different buyer?

Good point but no, offers accepted and paid for by the same ID, albeit different from the earlier transaction that tracked as a normal buyitnow purchase at 1.05%. So although I signed out of one ebay account, signed in with another and paid for an item through paypal, no click recorded.

Not many replies, so it seems that people are not having an issue with topcashback and ebay? I had hoped to copy a link to a lively thread with numerous examples of failed tracking complaints over to them:-)

I have been having similar issues with Topcashback and Ebay lately.

I've had to raise three missing cashback claims for the one Ebay account on the one Topcashback account.

Two on the 8th May which are saying: "On Hold. Awaiting further action from TopCashback or the merchant," and one on the 13th June which is saying: "On Hold. We will automatically submit this to the merchant after 14 Sep 18."

So you just went back to the browser and bought more later on after having clicked through earlier? You didn't go back to TCB and click through to ebay again?

If so, the session probably expired. The cookies tracked the transaction through to the first payment, but weren't still tracking things hours later to be able to track the later purchases.

Even if it had been minutes later, due to the fact you had already checked out and paid, you should go back to TCB and click through again to make sure it tracks that specific purchase and makes it easier to do a claim if needed on that specific purchase.

It is probably also best to switch accounts before going through TCB. Less tracking that way, keeps it simple.
