Tesco foundation card...cash transaction fee

    I just checked my statement and had a cash transaction fee and interest on it, apart from shops the only other use is a payment source for Paypal, so I assume this falls under the financial institution category too. Forgot to add mine is a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card that we've had for years.

    Somebody correct me if I'm wrong - but if you are buying goods or services with PayPal that does not constiute a cash advance transaction, so no interest on a linked credit card.
