Hi

I!!!8217;m after some advise on how to deal with a Smart Parking fine

Parking at Fistral beach in Newquay is free for the first hour out of season, Little did I realise that the 1st of April is classed as in season so a ticket was required!

I was parked for 58mins without a ticket and recvived a £60 fine

Unfortunately I was unaware of the law change and decided to ignore the letter and have now received 2 further letters from DRP debt recovery service with notice of intended court action if £160 is not paid

Can anyone give me any advice on where I stand now that the law has changed??

    At the top of this board is a dedicated parking tickets section. You need to read the thread that tells Newbies to read it first in that section. Then post any questions in that section.
