Defence - comments and advice please!

I've now received a copy of the claimant's witness statement and need to send mine tomorrow.

In their witness statement they have provided photos of my car parked on their property. Am I allowed to use these photos (that they own) in my witness statement? (or reference their witness statement in my witness statement?)
The photos show my car parked facing away from the signs in the car park, that the signs were not lit up at all, and that it was dark and rainy at the time I parked there.

Any advice appreciated.

Yes, of course you can
Yo ucan reference their evidence with ref THEIR REF. Ditto their WS. Just give the para of their WS you are referring to (which is why all para are numbered...)

You can state that the claiants own photos show that the signs were not lit, that they coudl therefore not be seen at the time of night the vehcile was parked
