13. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries through the above form on Monday 9th July 2018. The winner will be notified by phone by Friday 13th July 2018 via our prize management partner, Intermarketing. As a result of this, the winner!!!8217;s details will be shared by PEP&CO with Intermarketing in order for them to contact the winner and carry out fulfilment of the prize. The winner!!!8217;s details will not be kept any longer than necessary for this to take place.
14. If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter!!!8217;s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
