Ive had great advice here over a station fine.
This time its local authority,
The driver saw cars parked on the pavement but didnt notice the bays which were covered (dotted white) so also parked on the pavement (2 wheels), albeit on the bit between two trees where pedestrians dont walk. An honest but silly mistake. Theres plenty of parking round there so there was really no need for this!
The contravention is listed as code 62. I have another week to get the 50% reduction so should appeal before then.
Any advice?
Thank you!

You would be best to take this over to the Pepipoo Forum. Legit/LA tickets are their speciality.
Sign-up with something other than a Hotmail address, read the info carefully before posting in the correct forum and be ready to post an identification redacted copy of the entire ticket and you will get the best help out there.
