Yep. The process is the same regardless of whether at the self-service machine or over the counter: card and PIN, or pre-printed credit slip. Well, at the counter they could also verify you with ID if you had lost your card, but you get what I mean.: )0 -
Maybe Ive missed something here but it sounds like you are over complicating what should be a simple process in the way you are choosing to conduct things... take some of the advice offered and make the appropriate changes to accommodate things and resolve the whole issue as from my perspective you are creating your own problem here....0
