Section 75

Bought free sample face cream for £3.95 postage with credit card. Company supplied 3 samples with no invoice or contact details. Subsequently found they have fraudulently used my credit card and debits totalling over £271 have appeared under 2 separate names. 5 amounts but all under £100 if considered separately. RBs MasterCard say I cannot claim as under £100 and I agreed payments in small print. This is not true. No small print and coy telephoned me and I categorically stated I would try trial before any further purchase.
Company was Skinfresh
I closed credit card with RBS as they said they could not stop this company taking more money from my account
REPORTED CASE TO POLICE
CAN YOU TELL ME IF I HAVE NO CLAIM UNDER SECTION 75?

No.
A chargeback would be your only hope.0 -
No S75 but tell your card lender the transactions are unauthorised and should be treated as fraud.0
