Cat raw chicken

Tried giving the cat a tiny bit of fresh raw chicken but she turned her nose up at it. She did eventually eat it when I wasn't looking.

Is there anything can be done to make them want it more?

Not cook it because that wipes out the taurine.

I am planning on doing a trial conversion to a raw diet inc chicken liver in proportion.

Or what MSE board would this be best placed on?

I would try some preprepared complete raw first.

Raw can be tricky to DIY, its not just 'liver in proportion' you need bone, various organs in the correct proportions to correctly mimic the natural diet.

My cat loves cooked chicken and especially duck. The only food she would steal is duck, she just can't help it. My cat would probably eat duck covered in nuclear waste if it meant getting it!

Not sure this is the best forum to ask about raw diets as it's quite specific. There are plenty of cat-focused forums out there, I'd suggest looking at some of those.
