I think my neighbour's new extension is going to overhang the boundary.

[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]The roof will need guttering, a downpipe and drainage to comply with building regs. The water cannot just be left to run down the wall.[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]Think about what you want to achieve. Having the wall rebuilt is obviously going to be very expensive and disruptive for your neighbour.[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana, sans-serif]If you decide to allow him to continue then you probably need some sort of legal agreement to say he is occupying your land with your permission and will never gain any rights to the land, will maintain the wall, gutter, drainage etc and on ever rebuilding will keep within the boundary.[/FONT]0 -
