I have re written my witness statement and printed off all my pics as evidence, so all ready to serve up to court and email off to bw legal. Fingers crossed it will get put forward before the case. God knows how the cost has risen but i have been listed from bw legal as hearing fee £140 and court fees £100. I take it these costs are incorrect? Thanks again.
Post it all (redacted) here if you want the regulars to look at it before you send it off.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
All court fees are listed on form Ex50 available for download at a Google near you....
You have only incurred the issue fee (MCOL) and a hearing fee insofar as I'm aware - unless we're missing something.
So the rest of the additional costs are theirs - from somewhere...0 -

Do you know the Equality Act and the difference between direct and indirect discrimination? Use the phrases 'protected characteristics' and 'indirect discrimination' at the hearing, and understand his rights, and yours as his carer that day.
Does the disabled child not have a Blue Badge, but DOES have protected characteristics that mean he meets the definition of disability?
Are you the defendant because you were driving, did you appeal and did you ever send proof of his medical needs?
I have no idea what they are thinking of with those ''costs'' and you MUST object in the strongest terms.Fingers crossed it will get put forward before the case.
Sheffield court, or where?
You are sending proof of his disability with the WS to the court and to BW Legal, as well as a few photos, yes? What did you put, do you understand his rights in law, and how this is 'indirect' discrimination even without a Blue Badge?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
